Welcome to My Wildlife Photography Portfolio!

With over 30 years of experience, I have dedicated my life to capturing the awe-inspiring beauty of the natural world. My work, which spans a wide variety of ecosystems and species, has been featured in prestigious publications like The Times and The Independent newspapers. Each photograph tells a unique story of wildlife in its natural habitat, highlighting the intricate details of nature that often go unnoticed.

As a passionate wildlife photographer, I’m also proud to share my knowledge through workshops, including a special feature on my Red Kite Workshops in Digital Camera Magazine. These workshops reflect my commitment to both preserving the wonders of the wild and educating others on how to capture those fleeting moments through the lens.

Take a journey through my portfolio and discover the stories behind the images. Whether you're a fellow nature enthusiast or someone new to the world of wildlife photography, I hope my work inspires you to see the beauty of the natural world in a whole new light.

A Special Feature in Digital Camera Magazine

In August 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with Digital Camera Magazine on a 12-page spread dedicated to my wildlife photography. The article takes a deep dive into my workshops at Gigrin Farm in Rhayader, Mid Wales, renowned for its breathtaking red kite sightings. It was a truly special moment to share my passion for wildlife photography with a wider audience, and I’m thrilled that the magazine provided such an extensive platform for this.

The feature covers a variety of topics, from essential photography tips and camera settings to insights into the gear I use to capture the perfect shot. We also explored what makes Gigrin such an exceptional location for photographing red kites, and how the experience of leading workshops there has shaped my approach to wildlife photography.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience, and I’m grateful to have had the chance to share my journey and knowledge with the readers of Digital Camera Magazine.
